%18 VAT will be added to above mentioned registration fees.

Attendance to Scientific Program meetings, congress bag- documents, entrance to exhibition area and welcome cocktail are included in the registration fee.

Congress Hotel Pass Fee: For Participants who register with no accommodation the pass throughout the Congress Period is 250,00 € + %18 VAT.

Services included in the Congress Hotel Pass Fee: Buffet lunches in the Congress Hotel, beverages during lunches, coffee breaks, making use of the ‘ All Inclusive Concept’ of the Congress Hotel between 09:00 – 18:00. Participants who are not accommodating at the Congress Hotel are to pay Registration fee and Congress Hotel Pass Fee for registration.

Check In 15th March 2017 – Check Out 19th March 2017, 4 nights ‘All Inclusive’ concept accommodation, coffee breaks, two way Airport- Hotel transfers are included in above mentioned accommodation fees. All participants will be able to make use of all services that are included in the Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort and Kaya Belek hotels’ accommodation concept.

*Private Airport- Hotel Transfers cost 75 € + %18 VAT one way.

Special rates for our doctors’ companions accommodation will apply as below; for Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort 160 € + %18 VAT, for Kaya Belek 140 € + %18 VAT ( 4 night accommodation and airport transfer included) . Children below 12 years who accommodate with 2 adults are free of charge.

Nurse Accommodation Prices: 290 € + %18 VAT , check in 16 March 2017 and check out 19 March 2017 at Kaya Belek Hotel, 3 nights accommodation in a double room and two ways transfers are included.
